Purple Mouthwash

My dentist has told me my breath is fine every time I go in and I have never believed him once. I've been keeping gum in my car, my purse, my desk drawer for years — just in case. I ordered this mostly out of desperation after my third "whitening mouthwash" did nothing. First week in I realized I had stopped reaching for gum before meetings without even thinking about it. That was the moment I knew something was actually different. My teeth are noticeably brighter too. My coworker asked what I'd done and I hadn't even mentioned I was trying anything new.

I was completely skeptical. I've seen the purple toothpaste videos on TikTok and figured this was the same gimmick. I did the shade quiz which felt like a weird extra step but I did it anyway. Used it the next morning and checked my teeth right after like an idiot just to see if anything happened. They were actually brighter. I stood there for a second because I genuinely wasn't expecting it. It's been three weeks now and my husband asked if I got a whitening treatment done at the dentist. I did not. I just switched my mouthwash.

I have a really sensitive mouth and I've basically dreaded mouthwash my whole adult life because the burn was so bad I'd end up skipping it half the time. I tried this because it said alcohol-free and figured worst case it just does nothing. It doesn't burn at all. Zero. And my breath is genuinely fresher than it's ever been on any product. I used to do the gum and breath spray combination every morning and now I just do this and I'm done. The teeth thing I wasn't even expecting — I thought that was the gimmick part. It's not.
